*Cancellation policy: clients must give at least 72 hours notice if they have to cancel an appointment. Sergi charges full fee for all appointments which are cancelled within 72 hours of appointment times or for non-attendance.

· First late cancellation or non-attendance: 50% appointment charge

· Second and further consecutive late cancellation or non-attendance: 100% appointment charge.

The booking fee of a session (25% of its cost) is only refundable when cancelling more than 4 weeks in advance.

The fee of a workshop can be refunded when cancelling more than 2 weeks in advance.
